My S340 quit working on the original solar panel that had to be replaced when it was under warranty, so I bought a non-Eufy panel from Amazon with good reviews that’s supposed to be compatible with the S340. The replacement panel doesn’t work on the S340. The S340 works fine on the charger and I have checked the connections and cables - all seem OK. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the camera without any change. Thanks for any suggestions.
So if it is under warranty, why didn’t you get it replaced by eufy? Contact them, they wanted to replace my cameras and the problem wasn’t ever the camera but the operation software.
I’m not sure if you’re saying even the warranty replacement stopped working? That would be strange. I have bought several aftermarket ones on Amazon one of the brands said compatible but it wasn’t and I got a refund then that manufacturer reached out to me after I did a review saying it wasn’t compatible so they sent me another one for free to try and it still didn’t work but let me keep it, it actually will charge my phone and blue tooth speaker.
I have had success with 2 other brands I don’t have your model camera but they are working on several of mine

The first screen shows I bought 3 of them there nice because it comes with adapters for different size USB ports
I replaced the panel when it was under warranty - now not under warranty.
Please beware of replacement panels that’s not made for your particular camera. I would see if eufy will replace the panel first. And if not I would just order one from them. I’m no expert but I do know there is a bunch to consider when dealing with power source such as solar panel and batteries like to make sure the input / output watts , volts , amps are what is required. Other wise you’re probably killing your battery / camera fast or slow. Best to just order what was made for it. No one is gonna care more about the longevity then the user and the manufacturer. They don’t wanna see it fail. Give them a chance they might swap it out no problem. Let us know what happens
Eufy doesn’t sell separate solar panels anymore. at least in the US market I’ve looked many times and searched. Look for yourself on the Eufy app “store”. The one’s I showed are approved by Eufy and do fall under the voltage and wattage requirement. I’ve had mine on these cameras for over 3 years now without issues. The cameras have built in protection from incomparable panels that’s why the one you got doesn’t work. If you can find a Eufy brand solar panel please give us a link I bought one (Eufy branded) 3 years ago and haven’t seen any since and google says they don’t sell them anymore
