Brand new, brought today:
Device: eufy cam 2C (2 cameras and one homebase)
I have:
• checked my internet capacity (unlimited data plan);
• checked my internet connection with provider (all working perfectly)
• positioned the base and cams close (side by side)
• tried Ethernet and wif through the pairing with cams
Note:
• home-base successfully connected to my interned (both ways Ethernet and wifi)
•apple homekit : already add bridge
When pairing the lights flash normally (as it says the installation Guide) on both devices but it does not connect, my question
Do I have to charge it more than it is charged?
Iam not sure what would be the problem, if someone has any idea how I can fix it, would be very appreciate
