3 cameras failed to detect movement during the night

So the last time I raised a case you waited 3 or 4 days and then sent me a list two pages long of bizarre questions.

I went through your huge list of questions and most of them were not applicable.

The scenario is detecting and recording movement by humans, particularly as the approach the camera head on.

This has always been a weak point of this system as far as the eufycam product is concerned.

I will be unmounting and returning the two additional cameras I purchased in the last 2 weeks.

How the system manages to capture cats wandering around at night but misses a 6 foot milkman is an effing joke, particularly as the same cameras caught him delivering last week and the week before.

The issue isn’t about capturing the milkman but about capturing a prowler visiting our neighbourhood frequently, I have two milk cartons sat at the front door this morning but zero security detection.

All IR motion detection systems struggle with triggering when someone/something travels head on to the sensor unfortunately. Perhaps try experiment with the placement if that’s possible. I.e mount higher and point down so the camera is tilted down more.
