For my kids we have the Eufy Key Fob hidden in the house to deactivate the alarm. As the alarm sound from the homebase 3 is not very loud we bough 2 additional sirens. But for some reason the 30 sec delay before the alarm activates does not work for these sirens. They directly start making noise once my kids open the door. Is there anything I am doing wrong?

I don’t have the siren alarm, but I don’t know if you’re doing anything wrong.
I’ve read some comments on it from 6 years ago where some say it doesn’t follow the delay time settings.
Take a look in the HomeBase settings for the Security Modes - Home & Away settings and see if the alarm / siren is listed there.

Similar issue here.
I have a S350 cam connected to a Homebase 3. All updated to the latest firmware.
In away mode, both exit and entry delay are turned on with sound alarm through the camera.
Exit delay works fine but entry delay ignores the set timer (15s) and immediately switches on the sound alarm upon detection. In the Away profile/mode, the option for the camera to observe the entry timer is toggled on.
I have not been able to fix it. Appears to be a bug.
