Abusive Royal mail postwoman broken my gate three times just leaves it open now and it gives the abuse I reported her and she comes back , bagging my door

Unfortunately Rob, there’s nothing here that gives any evidence to support such allegations.
There’s no footage visually showing the person damaging your property and there’s no signs of “abusive behaviour”.
The audio quality is poor and the natural birdsong drowns Out any possible human audio. If a person were to listen to this with headphones on, then a possible curse can be heard.
However, the footage doesn’t specifically show the person accused is the one that says anything.
As for Royal Mail keep sending the same person, you’ll find there will be dedicated persons for each area and route. They’re not going to remove someone through one person’s “complaint” as to remove them would result in them being fired which without any actual reason with hard evidence, then Royal Mail or any emoloyer can be involved in a tribunal or worse.
If you’re going to make claims about certain behaviours, you’ll need to record better evidence than this. It will no doubt involve repositioning of your doorbell, or in your case I’d suggest a full set of ptz cameras, a homebase 3 and a 16tb hard drive
