After going editing from your live feed does the app hang when trying to go back into a the same feed or even others? My internet bandwidth isn’t the issue, speed neither, my app is up to date as well as phone. This happens on android and iPad. I’ve deleted and re-download, also checked homebase connection it’s fine. The only thing that clears it up is exiting out the app and going back in

I’m constantly having to close and reopen the app. Also constantly restarting cameras and home base
somedays things work great and other days not so much

I may have figured it out I have a lot of devices on 1 home base 15 cameras and 7 sensors the cameras are (8) E330 pros that record 24/7, (2) C210, (2) 3C 4K camera, (2) E220 indoor pan and tilt and a powered doorbell way to much going on for 1 HB-3 so Eufy has them on sale for $99 (I also had some fan club gift cards)and I got one added it and split up my devices and everything has been working perfectly since don’t know if this will help with your issue but I thought I would mention it. I just did this 2 weeks ago. My original comment was a couple months ago
