I have just moved from Ring to Eufy E340 doorbells and a homebase 3. No matter what i do only the hombase will be detected by the alexa app. I’ve tried every method advised online unlinking skills, clearing cace, reboots, reducing camera stream quality, etc. But nothing fixes it. Any advice anyone can offer please.
Its all sorted now. A combination of chatgpt and report tickets to eufy using the text it recommended to send. After a few back and forths both doorbell cameras were detected in the alexa app this morning. They dont stream which is probably the encryption settings, but at least I get doorbell press notifications to reverberate through the house on every echo I have.
