Today while I was on the bus listening to music, I faced a noticeable issue.
Even though I had Noise Cancellation and Wind Noise Reduction turned ON, I suddenly felt air entering the earbud from one side, which caused a clear drop in the isolation.
The earbuds are powerful, but they still need more refinement, stronger isolation, and better control of wind noise in real situations like being on the bus or walking outside.
I kindly request a new software update to improve:
Wind noise reduction
Noise cancellation performance
Sound detail clarity
Overall power and stability
Please consider this in your upcoming updates, as this will greatly improve the experience for many users.
We make my grandma’s custard pie. May she rest in peace. It’s an old recipe she used to make every thanksgiving. It reminds me of her just because of the association.
It is my absolute favorite dish. I personally don’t partake in a lot of the dishes during thanksgiving but this is one I really like.
Super happy for every thanksgiving because it’s just before my 2nd favorite holiday, Christmas.
Wow, that sounds like a feast! Deep-fried and smoked turkey? Anka would definitely be impressed by those culinary skills — and maybe a bit jealous it can’t taste it!
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt memory Your grandma’s custard pie sounds truly special, and it’s wonderful that it brings back those warm Thanksgiving feelings. Wishing you a joyful holiday season leading up to Christmas!
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us! We really appreciate you taking the time to describe your experience.
We understand how important effective noise cancellation and wind noise reduction are, especially in real-world situations like being on a bus or walking outside. Your suggestions regarding wind noise, noise cancellation performance, sound clarity, and overall stability have been noted and will be shared with our product and engineering teams for consideration in future updates.
We’re committed to continuously improving the user experience, and feedback like yours helps guide our enhancements. Thank you again for helping us make our products even better!
Thank you for your response and for taking my feedback into consideration. I appreciate your efforts and the time you took to review my comments.
However, I would like to emphasize that the issues I mentioned—especially wind noise, ANC performance, sudden air leaks, and the overall sound clarity—are still affecting my daily use of the P40i. I truly hope these points will not only be forwarded but also addressed in real upcoming updates, because they have a big impact on the listening experience.
I really enjoy Soundcore products and I want to continue using them, but I’m still waiting for a real improvement through software updates, not just general acknowledgments. I trust that your engineering team can deliver the enhancements needed.
Thank you again, and I’m looking forward to seeing practical improvements soon.
I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been experiencing with my Soundcore P40i. There’s a persistent hiss or a faint white noise that appears during playback, which affects the overall listening experience. This sound is noticeable even when I’m playing music and is quite distracting.
I would really appreciate it if your engineering team could look into this and address it in an upcoming software update. I’m confident that with your support, we can improve the audio quality significantly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Thanks for sharing this with us — really appreciate the clear details.
We understand how frustrating this can be, and our soundcore-support team has been notified and will continue to follow up with you. We’re here with you.
Thank you for your message.
I appreciate your follow-up, but I would like to be very clear:
I have been facing this sound issue for a long time, and despite all the previous communication, I have not received any real solution. I have already followed every step you asked for — resets, updates, reinstalling the app — and the problem is still exactly the same.
What I need now is a real technical action from your side, not just repeated replies or “we will follow up.”
This issue clearly requires a software/firmware update, not another round of basic troubleshooting.
I hope your responsible team takes this seriously and provides an actual solution or a clear explanation of what is happening.
I chose Soundcore because I trust your quality, and I expect the same level of seriousness in handling this problem.
Thank you once again for your detailed message. After carefully reviewing your case and our previous communications/emails with you, it appears that your unit may be experiencing an individual hardware defect. In this situation, a firmware update alone may not resolve the issue, as the symptoms you described are most likely related to a malfunction within the device itself.
We therefore recommend that you contact the retailer or distributor where you purchased the product to arrange an exchange or after‑sales service in your country. They will be able to provide direct assistance with replacement options.
Please rest assured that we take quality control very seriously and conduct rigorous inspections during production. Unfortunately, a few defective units may still occur, and we’re truly sorry that you’ve had this experience.
