Another view, Amazon driver, dropping off package instead of putting it down on the ground nice instead he tossed it breaking stuff inside. I swear hard to find good help these days.

makes no sense why they throw and drop packages but they do 
Sorry but he barely tossed it. The problem , if it was broken , is with the packaging. Amazon should have done a better job protecting the item in the box. It could have been broken before he even got it.
