Any body experiencing keypad panel glue melting on door lock?

Yes! Mine is doing the same thing! I wish they would make a cover to protect from sun and rain (weather)
Or maybe use uv glue!
That sucks. My door is in direct sun almost all day, and definitely at the hottest times. Don’t know that anything could really prevent eventual heat failure. If not the hardware, then the electronics.

I can confirm that fingerprint scanner is less responsive and keypad also. I think it’s just a matter of time before touchpad fail for good
Yeah but I’m not in a desert where it’s hell hot everyday. I’m Living in Montreal (Canada) suburb area.

Is it still under warranty?
