Any one have issues turning on one of your earbuds? I own the soundcore sport x20 ear buds and the right one has refused to turn on no matter how long it charges for. The case still lights up when it’s put in and for some reason I’m not able to do a hard reset on the earbuds themselves anymore either. I will say they are like 2 years old so it might just be that they don’t work that well anymore.

If you are unable to reset the earbuds, we would kindly suggest trying the following steps:
- Please gently clean the earbuds and the charging pins inside the charging case using a dry cloth or a cotton swab lightly dampened with medical alcohol.
- After cleaning, please place the earbuds back into the charging case and check whether the LED light briefly turns white, as this usually indicates that the contact is normal.
- If the earbuds have not been used for an extended period, we would recommend charging them for at least 2 hours before testing again.
