Anyone ever figure out how to do this exactly because I don’t have option to format or clear it please help

Turn off camera.(remove) . Then add it again ..Restart reboot by instructions they give. Im guessing. . ? Good luck if not then. Ask Google?
It’s not listed in the home base settings??
I would think it would be there… Storage ~ clear storage.
Or maybe it’s found in General.
