Anyone know how to disable the red lights on the top of the S350 indoor cam? Can’t seem to get it to record through window at night

I think that’s the IR lights -infrared lights.
Turn off Auto Night vision in the camera settings.
if you d like it to record from inside the window looking outside at night time, you d need to put the camera facade flat on the window glass (and potentially secure it with something like -band/tape/constraint/heavy item behind it/etc., you get the idea- so it doesn’t move off the glass. losing the flattened connection will result in the IR (night vision red lights) effectively making the glass a mirror, with the bright light reflecting off it as the camera ends up looking at itself.
the other option would be to turn off the night vision setting - if you have sufficient street/garden/low level path lights or similar, which will enable the camera to see well enough , and then check it at night if the captured footage/object etc is to your liking.
did it with my older 2K model, worked great. Haven’t tried with the S350 as using them ceiling mounted, do believe the front is flat enough and could work.
IR light’s you can turn off night vision but I don’t think you will be able to see much at night then. Having a camera look out a window doesn’t work that well especially at night because of the reflection. You should get a outdoor camera and if you’re worried about reaching it to bring in to charge just mount it right outside the window where you can reach it. Eufy has a couple inexpensive options and for a little more something with a built in solar panel
