Hello, I’ve had an ongoing problem with the app. New alerts register on the app icon, but do not go away once it reaches 24 alerts and the does not register any new alerts thereafter. I’m using an up to date version of Android. The 24 alerts did reset once when my phone updated. I need to receive my security alerts!
Wow. I finally figured out the issue and ill share the solution in case anyone else experiences this issue. First of all I should have said “events” rather than “alerts.” Clearing the events from the phones drop down menu rather than from within the app itself did clear the event number from the app icon. Thanks.
