Still having trouble batch downloading clips. Tried to download 400 clips yesterday but only managed about 30 in 2 hours as the mobile app kept crashing.
Is the usb cable only for power or can it transmit data as well?
Don’t really know. If it was able to transfer data I would think it would be stated in the owner’s manual. Eufy may use it for diagnostics or programming though.
See what options you get if you plug it into a computer.
On a side note, downloading 400 vids would probably crash any app.
Usb port is for power only on wired cams. Doesn’t support data transfer. Wouldn’t do any good if it did as the clips are encrypted.
