Why does my eufy not show me the history all the time? I’ll have some deliver a package, my phone shows the notification and I go to see the file history and it’s not there. I refresh the screen and still nothing. I go out completely, come back and still nothing. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR.

Ya make sure your router is close enough to device

I totally understand that the router needs to be near the doorbell. The wifi router is literally inside the house in the very first room as you walk in the door. HOW MUCH CLOSE DOES IT NEED TO BE? It’s currently around 8 feet away! I’ve rebooted more than once, rebooted my phone more than once, and reset all the light switches. What now can I do?

My son just left for work and there was NO NOTIFICATION!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD THIS BE REPLACED?

I JUST BOUGHT IT TWO YEARS AGO. I THINK LESS THAN TWO YEARS.

Maybe one thing to try is switching your HBS 3 working mode if it’s in standard mode to performance if you have multiple devices. It may help with the delay.

Sounds like you’ve done just about everything..
Last resort, delete the device (Remove Device), from the app, and then add it back to the app.
Doing this you will lose any recorded videos and will need to adjust settings of camera back to what you had.

My camera also does stupid things like this, and I did notice a pop up stating that recordings will only happen if the quality of the live view is good enoung… which is super frustrating, so if for some reason the live feed is distorted and fuzzy or whatever it won’t record… do t make no sense to me at all
