You’re saying it’s defective, and it’s not operating correctly with the settings you have set for it.
There is a setting for it to sound an alarm when it detects motion and you have that set to off but it’s not working?
I would just returned it or start a warranty claim for a replacement which can be done through the app.

Yes thank you I have already started the process.And just for the insight on the settings statement,even when you adjust all settings accordingly on every device, Application or HomeBase will not save returns to previous after every trigger.Simply Garbage!
