You’re saying it’s defective, and it’s not operating correctly with the settings you have set for it.
There is a setting for it to sound an alarm when it detects motion and you have that set to off but it’s not working?

I would just returned it or start a warranty claim for a replacement which can be done through the app.

Yes thank you I have already started the process.And just for the insight on the settings statement,even when you adjust all settings accordingly on every device, Application or HomeBase will not save returns to previous after every trigger.Simply Garbage!

Yes same here. I have five of these cameras and you can’t change any of the settings. One settings are set from initial setup you can’t change modes or settings they just keep reverting back to the original setup. I don’t know what to do cuz five cameras are expensive. I don’t think them giving me the same camera is going to change anything I think it’s a firmware problem. So an exchange is not going to work

Yes, sounds like firmware issue or the app, it’s not committing to the settings.
When you change a mode or a setting see if there is a “save” somewhere on the screen.
