Hi I don’t know if anyone can help me I brought two C220 cameras from the same place at the same time but they seem to have different settings?
One of them works perfectly, picks up sound and i get notifications that work and the tilt function also works fine the other one seems to be really slow at doing anything if it ever works at all?
The only difference I can find is the serial numbers?

I have switched them off switch them on reset them forgotten and re-added them and none of that seems to work so I thought I would ask the community before I send them back to the shop tomorrow
I have heard of this happening to others before. if it’s from a retail store could have been one of them was a older one that was on the shelf and the newer one has different chips inside. They should have updated when you 1st set them up but you can check that in the app under each camera settings “General >About > firmware update “ if it doesn’t help contact Eufy support on the phone they will help but probably tell you to try multiple things but I suggest telling them you have tried everything multiple times and would like it replaced just have your order number ready then they will send a replacement and email you a return label. If you got it from Amazon it usually comes the next day at least it did for me when I had to replace one. Good luck.
