It is! And I’ve gone through and gone through my footage, cannot find anyone around that. Someone must have tossed something flammable and as hot and sunny as it was, it ignited. The only other plausible options would be a small blue car caught on camera driving around before, during and after, or a couple walking by over 30 minutes prior. Or final possibility the camera just wasn’t working at that exact moment.
The fire chief did not come knocking asking if I caught anything, which does make me lean towards the first possibility.
