Can someone please give me some tips on how to fix this part of my Q30 headphones? The headphones still work, it’s just this part that’s broken. And every time I lift the cushioned part up it just comes off so, can anybody please help! Thank you!

Thank you! I already put a lot of tape on the broken part after making this post so I feel like I should be good now!
