Can’t connect Eufy Fam E23 to Eufy app. Seems like a bug, but getting any insightful assistance from their AI is impossible. I’d give it 5-stars if it would connect, but 2 Stars now since it is impossible to connect. Also, instructions for adding palm recognition are insanely useless also.
Do you have another device, tablet or phone with the app installed that you can try?
Rapprocher la caméra de votre boxe internet et essayer la connexion si ça marche cela vient de la distance ! Dans ce cas acheter un routeur pour étendre votre wifi ( routeur déco fait un très bon taf (travail) ) bonne continuation à vous eufy reste un super matérielle la sonnette et un peux long en réactivité !!
