Can’t get my hubs light to turn blue even when I scan the code it’s saying check adapter and modem everything is fine please help ! 
You have to make sure you’re plugged into your router using the ethernet cable to set up your system at first. Make sure your phone is hooked to your router’s 2.4 g system not the 5 g.
