Brand new yard waste cart stolen 11/23 1:11PM. Older white male, USA SOCCER sweatshirt, copper khakis, blue/white cap. Older silver pick up with driver side bumper and bed damage, front ladder rack.
Cart is marked with heat-bonded vinyl with address and anti-theft message.

That’s strange, you would think he would dump the vegetation before stealing it??
Have you contacted the local authorities about this perhaps they know this fella?
Maybe he wanted the waste more than the container, just didn’t want to dirty his already dirty truck. Pretty good video, could you read the license as he drove off.
