Can we trace the location of this earbud if our earbud is lost somewhere?

We’re sorry, but soundcore earbuds don’t include built‑in GPS, so they can’t be located in the same way as Apple’s earbuds.
However, the Soundcore app does have a “Find Device” feature — if your earbuds are still connected to your phone via Bluetooth, you can activate it to make the earbuds emit a loud sound, helping you locate them if they’re misplaced nearby. Hope this helps!
