I remember this little dog, he’s really hilarious. his owner has already submitted videos a few times, and each time the dog falls in a different way lol 
Well, after ruling out any neurological/medical issues such as a visual impairment and ensuring that he doesn’t injury himself I would say that he is just maybe the dog is just “situational/spacially challenged”…
