Sometimes we have sound from the doorbell camera, but it hasn’t worked for a while. Two androids are connected through the app and neither are picking up sound - only video. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but no luck. Any other suggestions?
I’m having the same issue, just started recently. I have an iPhone 8+.
