Law suit, they have to return your turf to previous condition

Wow. That’s unreal. Litigate. The trespasser is your neighbour’s agent and your neighbour is therefore vicariously liable. Your neighbour most likely has home insurance and the trespasser business insurance. Name both parties and their insurers in the civil action
