Check it out, I been having to turn down my sensitivity sensor all the way down to 3 on my solo cam S340 pan&tilt. it’s so extremely sensitive it drained down the battery in less than a week the first week I set it up…
it’s do to the fact I live off a busy street with lots of traffic, but now I got I spider that has decided to make the camera and solo panel his fortress he can web around…
I can win…!!!
Hi, remove the spider web to save the battery please.
Ua I got the ladder and removed the debris around the back of the camera, but if I do see him duster out and chase him out of there…
I just recharged the battery and I’m monitoring the motion detection closely so…
So far it has still picked up a little motion off the street mostly big rigs… I set my activity zones to to try and curve down the detection…
Is that a wire?
Spencer 44, no that was a spider, probably a brown widow at that…
Yes I have the same in my bird house the spider keeps my camera recording all night
Perhaps you can spray some insecticide around the camera.
At night it detects everything even tho it’s set to human detection.
Spider web is creeping me out but amazing quality
jd164, I’ll try that… I cleaned out around it today… Spiders don’t really like clean and maintained areas…
He probably got so used to the tranquility up there, he’d just oppt to take his at will.
Wud43… Ya im having to turn it down the detection diwn to 2 at night…
I’ll try turning it back up tomorrow morning… maybe up to three…
On the diwn side… it don’t really pick anything up at 2…
Say liz… Chirp Chirp… Chirp…
WOW… You do live on a busy street
Maybe turn down sensitivity or change to optimal battery life?
Road too busy
Yeah… the street gets busy here, especially around 7am=9am or so and around about 4pm on where everyone’s getting off work and running there arrons…
It’s nice have that pan and tilt S340 bit It’s just so dam sensitive…
