I have noticed when I went into the app to change the recording time of one of my cameras there was an option for solar instead of battery.
Can you please tell me more about this and how do I set it up.

More should be available when the eufy solar panels are available. Last I heard is that they will be released Q1 2021.
Eufy just released a solar panel for their cameras and updated the firmware to accommodate it. They are available on Amazon in the US for $50.
Looks like they beat the Q1 2021estimate.
