Cross camera doesn’t appear to be working, it was working until I removed a video doorbell and added a Solocam C20 to replace it.. any help appreciated
Did you initialize/set that camera to do cross camera tracking in the app settings?
I have looked around the settings and couldn’t find anything relating to Cross Camera. The devices and home hub are updated to thr latest firmware also.
I don’t use that option, but I found this info.
If it still isn’t working, you may just need to delete that camera _ Remove Device _ and then add it back to the app.
