Cross camera tracking and homebase 3 facial recognition question… I have several s330 and s340 cameras that all work together very well, and two 2k indoor cam ptz units that do not. The indoor cam models will record to the home base, but not in 2k and don’t seem to interact with the s330/40s. That said I’m trying to avoid this incompatibility when ordering more cameras to replace the indoor cams (they cover less important areas looking out windows). Does anyone know if the older, cheaper s220 or s230 cameras will work well with cross camera tracking and the homebase 3? I don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars to watch a bush, but then I don’t need to spend any money replacing cameras to get the same functionality. #s330 #s340 #s220 #s230 #homebase3

S220s do work with cross tracking. I have 4 that work with my S330s and Eufy Cam2s. Just make sure that you turn on the cross tracking for all the new cameras you add to the homesbase if it doesn’t automatically do so (which usually it does.)
