Did an update and ever since the update my ear buds will not stay charged and I cannot use the alarm function! Not happy! Ive tried everything and they will not work loke they used to!
Agreed! Ever since the software update my sleep buds won’t keep a charge past 7+ hours so I often wake up to silence in my buds bc I hear my husbands snoring. Also they used to transition seemlessly from Bluetooth as I’m falling asleep to local white noise to the snore canceling noise when my husband snores. Now the Bluetooth fades to white noise but it’s so quiet that when I do wake up to roll over or use the bathroom, I have to turn the volume up. And it no longer switches to snore canceling automatically so snoring wakes me too. Ugh they were perfect for a few weeks…
I noticed the same thing as well with the charge not lasting as long as it did before.Thanks for pointing out it was after the update.
They have pushed buggy updates that destroyed my earbuds completely. I don’t know why they don’t test this stuff. They withdraw the updates after they break people’s hardware. Really bad practice.
I have to Same Problem. Before The update the earbuds about had 30 to 40% battery Power left in the morning but sinds The update I get the warning that they have less than 10 percent battery Power left. It Looks Like They use much More Energy during The Night ![]()
I noticed the same thing. My earbuds only last 7 hours and they used to last 9.
Had the same experience…Left earbud will only charge to 50%, so disappointing!!
My pair of A20 will not charge to mire than 90%, chargedock charges to 100%.
I cannot get a full charge.
"I had the same problem. My ear plugs were only charged up to 70%. I used the soundcore app to describe my problem by clicking GARANTIE and received new Sleep A20 free of charge. Great support!
I have gone through thorough cleaning and the A20 has now reached full charge. Wasn’t aware that this could be the reason since they connected to the base as they should. But they now work again, apart from the brainwave audio that still gives me an error ktry and try again - must be the app).

The broken alarm function after the update is incredibly frustrating. It looks like the new firmware messed up both the power management and the internal app sync. Try a hard reset on the buds, but Soundcore definitely needs to fix this broken update ASAP.
