Does anyone else donate their video clips? I like the idea of being rewarded points which I can use to purchase more equipment, but I’ve donated footage over the past two days and not been rewarded any points. Anyone else having issues?

Am guessing there is a limit of video that can be donated in a day…
200 points per day up to 1000 max
Are you saying the max credit in a day is 1000?

I can’t ever get credit for donating events.
Limit is 200 point per day but once you have donated 50 clips @ 20 points each (1000 piints) you will no longer earn points for donating any more clips
Yes, it doesn’t seem to register points for my donations anymore. However if I comment in this community or donate special moments to the community pages, the I earn points for those instead

You can only get a max of 200 points by donating videos

It says I’ve donated my max of 1000 already but I’m pretty sure I haven’t, maybe its a bit glitchy at the moment.

I get the points as in 200credits per day, what is don’t understand is the 1000 max.
Thank you all for your support of the eufy AI Enhancement Program. Regarding the credits incentive for event donations, the current rules are a daily cap of 200 credits and a total cap of 1000 credits. This means that if you donate 10 videos every day for 5 days, you will earn 1000 credits. After that, even if you continue to donate, your credits will not increase. However, for every milestone of 100 videos donated, you can receive eufy products and no-threshold discount coupons. We are currently considering a major revision to adjust the incentive system, so please stay tuned.
