Does anyone experience their app always disconnecting? I’m using the Soundcore R50i and the app for Bass up but it always disconnects when I go to social media, watch videos on YT and listen to Yat Music.

Thanks for sharing your experience! The Soundcore app connection isn’t a constant Bluetooth audio link. It’s mainly used for device settings and customization (like BassUp, EQ, ANC modes, etc.), not for streaming audio.
When you switch to other apps such as social media, YouTube, or music players, your phone’s Bluetooth connection automatically prioritizes audio playback, which can make the Soundcore app appear disconnected. Don’t worry — your earbuds are still connected to your device and working properly.
You can reopen the Soundcore app anytime to adjust your settings again, and the earbuds will reconnect automatically.
