Are you asking about the power adapter that came with the camera?
There is no charging port as this doorbell does not have a battery…

As it’s been said camera is hardwired no battery.

I actually took it apart hoping to charge it as it wasn’t working perhaps it needs an update.
I will connect it back and re add to my home security. How can I update the software?
In the app go to settings for the device, general and then about. Should see update firmware if it’s available.
