Normally, you can find the “Rewards” section right at the bottom of the daily tasks and credits page in the app. However, because we are currently undergoing a system upgrade and configuring the rewards for different regions, this section is temporarily hidden for some users. It is being rolled out gradually, so it will be visible again shortly!
Once the section is back online, you will be able to redeem your credits for gift cards right in the app (starting in the US and Canada with Amazon gift cards, and expanding to more regions over time).
But to answer your second question—yes, you can definitely use them to purchase Soundcore products!
The credits you earn in the Soundcore app are synced with our official web store. You can head over to the official Soundcore website, log in with your account, and use your credits directly to redeem discount coupons to save money on your next Soundcore purchase!
