Door sensors triggering Eufy Cams records

Dear all,

I’ve seen that recently firmware and app updates allow from now to get door sensors triggering Eufy Cams records. Automation tab in security section of the app.

Looks some you got the update already (USA most probably, Germany,…), but I’m leaving in France and cannot get the updates yet (can’t see the Automation tab maybe translation is ongoing :sweat_smile:).

Is there any schedule for updates country by country or does it works worldwide in one shot? I’m wondering when this update will be available in France since I intend to order a door sensor soon and would like to control a cam from its detection.

I am exactly in the same situation, in France, and ordered entry sensors do go with my cameras.
I have to say i am trying to update a few times per weeks hoping but noting yet :slight_smile:

I’m a bit reassured to see I’m not the only one :sweat_smile:.
Let see if someone will inform us when the updates will come in France :grin:

I am willing to set the language to english if the delay is caused by the translation :slight_smile:

Just checked and update been done this night… I have now the Automation tab :grin:

Wow same here ! I used the app this morning and didn’t notice…
Perfect timing my entry sensors are on the way !
