Doorbell settings issue

Hi all,

I am new here and stumble on a problem.
Got my Doorbell 2k in today, and i began installing everything. The homebase was no issue at all. Even connected it to wifi without a hitch. Updating it and everything.
The Doorbell is another story.
Fully charged, and then connected it to the homebase. Yes! Now lets update the Doorbell. I have waited for 20 minutes without luck.
Well, reboot the Doorbell, the homebase and router and lets try again. Nope, same results.
I deleted the Doorbell too after that and cleaned the app cache, with the same results.
It also does not let me change Doorbell setting ir whatsoever. It all fails.

The basics work. Detection, starting the stream etc…

It is the T8210 and runs on version 3.0.7.5 (saying 3.0.8.2 is available) and i am using a Xiaomi 13 running the latest software (with Android 15 it is)

Hi, I recall a pass issue about that doorbell not updating its firmware..
If I remember correctly…
Try this, go to the firmware update page in the app, and then press the doorbell button, then tap the firmware update to begin.
Wait a few seconds and move in front of the doorbell so that it detects motion every once in awhile.
