Recording issue E340

I have the E340 set to record continuously.

When I go to playback and select the date, I scrub to the time I want to start recording, then stop once the person has left the camera view.

The saved videos on my phone are much shorter than the time I am trying to download. 45 sec instead of 3 min.

I’m not sure, but I think it only allows you to download only motion that was detected / recorded in that time frame.

Hopefully someone will reply to verify this.
