I have 2 E30 solo cams on my Polebarn. What would cause both cams to go offline when it gets dark. Then both come back online when it gets light out. If I power cycle the router in the dark they both come on. Eufy pushed a 1206 update to fix this with no luck. Signal strength is great on both. Is it a camera problem ? Thanks for any help.
That’s very strange… It sounds like a Wi-Fi issue, but why it only happens when it gets dark outside has me thinking it’s a power issue, but you say if you power cycle the router it reconnects. Hmmm.
Possibly something is occurring during the evenings that’s interfering with the connection between the camera and your Wi-Fi.
I wish I knew. Right before dark they both go offline. If I don’t reset the router the both come back online in the morning.
In the camera settings, Power Manager, power source.
Do you have it set to battery?
I just checked. It is on battery. It was on solar before. Why would this have changed?
Don’t know it could have been a firmware update?
See if you lose connection again tonight.

Yes it said external solar panel. I will see what happens tonight. Fingers crossed.
Guess what. They both stayed on tonight. Woo hoo. Thanks for your help. It takes Eufy 2 to 3 days to reply to anything. Plus I think they just read from a script. Hopefully this fixes the problem.
