EUFY as a product is not flexible enough to use

  1. You are not making the product flexible enough for users to trigger sensors or other devices through IFTTT.

  2. Your product is a crippled version of Sonoff security devices and their flexible logic programming and IFTTT interfacing.

  3. Your only strength is the keyboard and the non-alarm sounds that can be used with magnet switches, BUT, for some weird reason you don’t allow IR sensors to trigger the same non-alarm sounds.

  4. I own your product but your programming shortcomings mean I am forced to use Sonoff devices instead as they are far more flexible in their design.

  5. I want to use the Eufy keyboard and Eufy sensors, but you need to look hard at your competitors like Sonoff, they are way ahead of Eufy in their features and programming flexibility.
