#eufyMomtips: I simply use the max rhythm and adjust the suction level if needed. I haven’t figured out a DIY one just yet. Not sure how to set that up.
#eufyMomTips: I started putting the flange on so my nipple is centered (before this I also apply a small amount of nipple cream it makes the suction easier ). I started on a low suction level and every 5 minutes increase this level until a comfortable setting. And in. The meantime, while the massage function is activated, I also help massage the breast. I hope this little tips helps other moms on their breastfeeding journey!
#eufyMomTips I use the max output setting with higher/faster suction, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable. I utilize the heat and massage to help loosen the milk a bit. I also start my less dominant side first until I let down, and I swear it’s helped my supply so much! (It only takes me 30-45 seconds to let down, and then I sync the pumps so that both are going after that.) I went from producing about 108-110 ounces a week to ~180 ounces a week in just 3 weeks, and I’m still progressing upwards. These pumps really are IT.
#eufyMomTips my favorite setting is the max setting, i also use the power pump setting before my last pump of the day that way i make sure i’m completely empty before i go to bed for the night and it maintains my supply while giving it a boost!
