Just installed a brand new Eufy C35 outdoors security (2) cameras with an indoor round homebase unit like this one: eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit (Black) - eufy US. However, the homebase unit keeps going offline even though it is property connected to the ethernet and powered on. Also confirmed it has latest firmware. What could be the problem here?
