I can’t get the event (box with number) to appear on my Phine. One phone has it the other does not. It is the box above the image. I have the bell and the setting icon. Not the events box. ?
Which model iPhone? and IOS version?
The other iphone same model?

I have exactly the same problem. Was yours solved meanwhile?
The numbered box for events, next to the setup gear icon, only appears for the original account administrator. All shared users, even admin level, have to use the Events tab at the bottom of the page to view or download events.
Not sure why it was set up that way, but it’s a good visual indication that you are using the highest privileged account.
