Wow that’s awesome! Coolest video, and really clear, too. Aren’t bobcats pretty rare to see? Where (what state, even) do you live!? Wish I lived there! The only bobcats here are of the construction (er, destruction) breed…
Did you get a pet alert? 
Yes, it was a Pet alert. It was taken in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We have several bob cats in the area, along with coyotes, deer and the occasional black bear that follow the river and wonder into the city. They are all generally harmless to people, but cats or small dogs are at risk.

Would they only take what they need for survival? Or are they gonna kill any pets in their way?
