That was actually pretty soft…
Having worked for the post office and handled packages, I agree that this was actually delivered somewhat delicately. It up to the shipper to provide packaging that protects there product.

That was bad at all! As someone who spent three years in a FedEx hub, it’s seen far worse from unloaded, the belts, the trays and finally being tipped off the trays at break neck speeds before flying down a shoot to be loaded in another truck. There’s a reason manufacturers use so much styrofoam in the packaging.
