This suspicious individual was “spooked” during Halloween in the McCaffree Park neighborhood in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This is one of two suspicious men that were posted here on EUFY September 18, 2025, with one of the men looking into houses and vehicles.
I’m guessing he spotted a car driving by down the road from him that he recognized, or…an individual or individuals he didn’t wish to confront.
