Good morning, I am a little confused right now - my eufy video chime doorbell is set up fine. I purchased a eufycam 2c security camera and paired up absolutely fine- with no Homebase - all good. Worked for months. This weekend my internet has been down, back up and running now but the eufycam 2c is not connecting and apparently I need the Homebase 2. My question is how did it work before? It showed up on my app alongside my video doorbell before. Worked great. I have spent hours trying to fix this but nothing is working
