great doorbell but at night im not getting notifications or alerts it’s recording them but no alerts

do you have a “do not disturb” schedule on your set up? I do between 10pm and 7 am so the notifications are delivered silently. I think you can also set a time schedule for notifications in the Eufy app and then you would get nothing
No i have not but it does say in the app notifications will not be sent at night if I just have human detection on but surely that’s when I would need it the most.if a change to motion detection it goes of buy car lights.still trying to figure it out.
Thank you but as my phone does go to low power mode sometimes at night so made sure it was of for this app.cheers
