I’d suggest changing/updating your account credentials if your not sharing the camera with someone else.

It would help to know where that can be located. On physical camera? A setting on the site?
That is weird
It would be nice if you posted exactly what your camera said. It could just be an auto response that you have activated in your app settings.
Since we’re all curious, maybe you could respond with more info.
